Justin Miller

Former Graduate Research Assistant, ICIS

Justin Miller, former Graduate Research Assistant was a Ph. D. Candidate at the Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. He received his Masters in Public Administration from Baruch College/City University of New York (CUNY) in 2004 and his Masters of Science (Electronic Commerce) from National University, San Diego in 2002. Justin also holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of San Diego and a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis. Before working at ICIS, Justin provided strategic technology consulting services to the United Way of New York City and its client agencies, and was Director and acting Chief Information and Security Officer at NexxtHealth, Inc.
